How is the height adjusted?
The height is adjusted using a foot pedal strap. Simply step on the foot pedal to smoothly adjust the bathing pool’s height.
Is setup or calibration complicated?
Out of the box, the only assembly required is the simple installation of the panel on the upper part of the bathing pool; the rest is pre-assembled, so you start using it immediately.
What should I do if I need to bathe a small dog?
The base is adjustable in two levels. For bathing small dogs, simply adjust the base to the second level to ensure a more comfortable and safe bathing experience.
What if water splashes on the electric push rod during the bath?
Our electric push rod and foot pedal are both designed with an IPX6 waterproof rating, so you don’t need to worry about water splash affecting the device.
Is it easy to move the bathing pool?
