Customer Experience Survey
We are always willing to hear the voices of our customer experience towards Preex’s products and services. An authorized Customer Support Specialist will carry out a satisfaction survey to understand your experience for further improvement on products and services.
Technical Support
Preex service representative provides technical support regarding application and breakdown calls to customers and distributors via phone, mail, or by any means during the entire life cycle of Preex pet equipment.
Field Service
Preex service representatives provide
preventive maintenance, calibration,
breakdown repair, and other field services on
request.
Upgrade
Preex offers various upgrade solutions including value-added services to meet customers’ requests in function, application, or performance.
On-Demand Service
Preex provides on-demand service to customers and distributors by agreement.
Warranty Extension
Preex offers a warranty extension program to distributors to help control service costs and share investment risk.

Spare Parts Support
Preex maintains sufficient spare parts inventory for all products for at least five years after production is officially discontinued.
